Refund & Credit Policy
Refund/Credit Policy for KRP Sportswear Custom Uniforms:
At KRP Sportswear, our commitment is to deliver top-quality custom uniforms crafted to your precise specifications. We highly value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a seamless experience. Please carefully review our refund/credit policy outlined below:
1. Color Codes, Logo Sizes, and Artwork Accuracy:
- Our team strives to replicate color codes, logo sizes, and artwork precisely as per the provided specifications.
- In cases where explicit color codes, logo sizes, logo files (In vector format) or artwork details are not provided, we will make every effort to emulate these based on the provided mockup. However, please note that slight variations or discrepancies in the final product may occur due to design interpretation and available print colours.
2. Customer-Provided Artwork and Approvals:
- Customers are encouraged to provide accurate specifications, including color codes, logo sizes, logo files (in vector format) and artwork, to ensure precision in the final product.
- Approval of any artwork provided by the customer implies acceptance of its look, layout, and design elements. Once artwork is approved and production commences based on this approved artwork, any subsequent dissatisfaction with the appearance or design will not qualify for a refund or credit.
3. Refund/Credit Eligibility:
- Refunds or credits of units will be considered in the following circumstances:
- Severe manufacturing defects or faults not in line with the approved artwork or specifications that impact the wearability or intended performance. This includes major rips, misprints or incorrect design. For Exclusions see 5. Exclusions from Refund/Credit.
- The design of the delivered product is significantly different from the approved artwork.
- Non-conformity of the delivered product with the initial specifications provided by the customer.
4. Refund/Credit Procedure:
- Customers must notify KRP Sportswear within 5 days of receiving the product to request a refund or credit.
- The returned product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued within 3 days after the returned product is inspected and deemed eligible for reimbursement.
5. Exclusions from Refund/Credit:
- Discrepancies or dissatisfaction related to color codes, logo sizes, or artwork that were part of the approved design will not qualify for a refund or credit unless they significantly differ from the approved artwork.
- Minor manufacturing defects or faults that do not impact the wearability or intended performance. This includes minor visible stitching (of less than 3cm), loose threads (of less than 3 occurrences per unit), and misprints caused by confirmation of design (Customer required printing on edges, despite potential inaccuracies).
- Changes in personal preferences or dissatisfaction with design elements that were part of the approved artwork will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
6. Modification or Cancellation of Orders:
- Changes or cancellations to orders can only be accepted within 2 days of order placement. After this period, modifications may not be feasible due to the commencement of production.
